The Return of the Crafts!

"Hello again! I am finally all moved in to the Library and so excited to get to work! Thank you to everyone who suggested a new name for me! Although I did consider the suggestion from my new co-worker - I'm sure it's a nice name, but "Wet Noodle" just didn't feel quite right. I did have a hard time deciding. There were so many fabulous name suggestions! After a lot of consideration I've decided to go with Fable! It just feels right and I'm happy to accept it as my own! You may be wondering what my section of the library is all about. Well, I'm thrilled to announce the grand opening of the New Crafting Section! Because I'm so new here, I'm going to take a bit of a slow approach for opening the new Library section. For the first 2 days you are all invited to visit me and check out all the new things in my section of the Library. I feel like 2 days is enough to get my bearings, so after the 2 days, we will be opening the Craft Tool for everyone to use! I've been told that a lot has changed with the Craft Tool, compared to how it worked before I arrived, so please be sure to read through all the new resources before you get Crafting! To give everyone a chance to learn about the updates, the Craft Tool will be open in a limited capacity for 10 days, with Approvals on hold for that time. This will give everyone a chance to play around with the new features and get a feel for the Craft Tool before committing to their new Crafts! As of July 20th the Craft Tool will be fully operational and Approvals will resume! There is a lot to read about with this update, so please take your time to read through everything carefully before you get Crafting again! If you have any questions, please visit the Craft Update Questions thread, and the Wajas Staff will be happy to answer them for you!" More Information The time that many of you have been waiting for has finally arrived! The Wajas Team is excited to announce the release of the Updated Craft Tool! Please visit the Crafting Section in the Library for all the information on this exciting update. There are a lot of new features and updates for the Craft tool, so be sure you read everything closely before you start making any Crafts. Please check out the Craft Guide which explains all about Crafts, and includes step-by-step instructions on how to make each type of Craft. Some of the features and steps have changed, so please be sure to read through carefully, even if you have used the Craft Tool in the past. Before you get to work crafting, please be sure to read through the new Rules and Requirements so you are familiar with the current guidelines. There is a lot of new information in there, so please take your time to go through it all. The Craft Tool Update will be released in waves; this is the planned schedule: Today, July 8th: Release of the Crafting Section in the Library July 10th: Limited Release of the Craft Tool and NextGen Item Manager - Approvals on Hold July 20th: Full Release of the Craft Tool - Approvals Resume Please be aware that the Limited Release is designed to give everyone time to get used to the new features, test out how everything works, and play around with the Craft Tool. To support this, Crafts will NOT be approved before July 20th. Review for approval will resume on July 20th. It may take some time to work through all the new Crafts, depending on how many get submitted, so please be patient. If you accidentally submit a Craft as a test during this time, but don't wish to have it Approved, you can post in the new Submitted Craft Fixes thread and request it be rejected. This update also includes the release of the NextGen Item Manager, which will become available on July 10th when the Craft Tool goes live. More information about how to use the NextGen Item Manager will be posted before the release, so keep an eye out for that News Post.
